AWOL since January. Mea culpa. :blushing:

I have a before and after for C&C. I made myself too much extra work by failing to notice that my model's corset had become unfastened at the top... but fixed it.

The aim of the shoot was to work on glamour posing and retouching. I think I may have over brightened the eyes and teeth but not sure; I tried to get a glamour model look on a lady of 63 without toooo much of a plastic look. C&C appreciated. :D

I like what you did in PP, good job.

Thank you, I usually modify PP back in PSE8 by copying the face skin from the original back onto the PP'd version and then fading it to about 20-30% (I do that area by area if I have time and adjust accordingly) to avoid losing the skin texture. There's probably a better way to do that but it works for me.

Very nicely done, and welcome back; I'd been wondering where you'd gone off to! I like the results there, a lot. My only comment, totally unrelated to posing or processing is that I think either your background lights were a bit too hot, or the model was a bit too close to the background as the edges of her arms and neck seem to have a bit of 'glow'.

Hi John, I missed this place! We had a series of family crises early in the year followed by a month long visit from my daughter and her two sets of twins. I didn't get much photography done or have time for forums. Now I have some time and have been able to persuade my #1 model into the studio I need feedback from people who know their rear ends from their elbows.
I see what you mean about the glow around the arms, I may have had the lights too high or I may have skimmed them when adding exposure in LR. You may remember that I'm a bit OCD about my white backgrounds.
