Can others edit my Photos

My son in his first big snow storm. We bundled him up warm and took him out to see the snow. He didn't care to much about it. He's four months old.

cute!!!! and flashy, was that an on camera flash? get further back and use a diffuser to soften the flash
 
It was my Speedlite 430. I have a knock off Gary Fong lightsphere but didn't slap it on when I took this.
