Some input on these pictures?

We got kinda bored so we went out and snapped a few pictures at the local park, it was 10 at night and my external flash decided to stop working, so these all were shot with the pop-up flash.

To be honest, they're not doing a lot for me... Even if you're limited to your pop-up flash, you can do things... use some tissue to diffuse it, a bit of card to flag it... Also, consider your composition. Avoid cropping off bits of body unless it adds to the composition.

I honestly like the first one, the second and third she really liked though. Im not a portrait person by any means, so im just trying to learn here.
The first kind of gave me a mystery feel, because that underpass we were in for it was kinda dark, damp, and there were many weird sounds. So, ontop of all that, it just gave me this creepy feel.
The second and third, I don't know why she liked them, but she did so I decided to get some feedback on them.

Yea honestly these shots aren't really doing it for me either. Num 1 & 2 are the best of the lot but the last one really kills it. Compositionally it's a mess... In my opinion that is. Hope i dont sound hard

When shooting at night try utilizing existing lighting to your best advantage. Your friend is cute but these do not show her in the best light.
