tethered 5D miii download jpg only

Greetings. I have a situation that I need some advice on.
I have a 5D miii tethered to my Windows laptop. I wish to shoot in raw and jpg and then immediately print and email the jpeg's. I would prefer the Raw file stayed on the camera to speed up download time. I am presently using LR but it downloads both files and then only works with the Raw file. Are there settings I am missing or other software I should look into? Your advice is appreciated.

I think I would use Canon Digital Photo Professional while tethered. It should give you some flexibility.

Thanks. It allows me to download just the jpg's but does not have the ability to email the images.
