These are not too bad shot 1 would have been better if you had shot portrait
I had a very quick play with it hope you dont mind

I think they need a little "Rule of Thirds" in them, the subjects are square in the middle for most. Also, try not to crop out body parts unless you are zooming in more; for 2 and 3 I'd keep their feet in or zoom in closer. For 1 I'd zoom in much closer, getting just their faces (the male's shirt is also looking kinda dress like).

I think the sun was also just a little too low here, maybe an hour earlier?

I'm seeing some halo's in this edit...

I think some very good points have already been coveed but to add on photo 1 and 3 they look very unrelaxed especially 3 with his left hand looks like he was afraid to touch her, but as long as they liked them and your price was right;)

They said they loved them, but who knows they might just be saying that lol. And I shot them for free and they paid $20 per pic original dload

It looks like you could have used some more light, they're kind of dark. I would have cropped them a little differently too. Overall they're not bad shots really, I kind of like #3.

But, they're better than that edit (no offense meant). It darkens the photo quite a bit and the haloing bad.

I don't have my editing stuff here at work, but try bumping the exposure a little bit.

I think they aren't bad for a first time. Number 2 I would have shot with a larger aperature to blur the building just a bit and I think all of them can use some fill flash or a reflector to brighten them up a tad. Might be underexposed a bit.

So? The edit is done on a small copy of a resized JPEG and is for illustrative purposes, not sale.

 I would have exposed for the sky and used off camera flash to make it more dynamic

I was thinking the same thing. In two especially they are not separated enough from the background. You should have underexposed the background then used off camera flash to fill in the light on the subject to create a more "dramatic" lighting.

Regards,
Jake
