What computer should I get??

Good morning from Southern Alabama!

I have been editing my photos on a MAC book air for about a year now and have been pleased with quality, processing, and storage...but I still prefer a windows computer. I have been doing some heavy research on the Surface Pro (latest version) and cannot decide if it will be adequate for what I'm doing. I'm mainly drawn to the stylus pen feature. I am also an artist and would love to create my own clipart and media advertisement. I thought it would also greatly benefit me in editing photos directly. I have watched several positive reviews but it's not a tablet nor a real laptop.....does anyone out there use the Surface Pro for editing photos and/or drawing? What are the Pros and Cons?? Thank you SO much in advance!!
