I just got my new canon t3ii!!! I have a few wedding booked and I am looking for advice on what lens to buy? Do I need a flash? I have my kit lens will that be enough? I have a budget of $200 for new gear what should I get? How much should I charge?

Oh, yes. Photographers abound the week after Christmas. We'll lose about 75% of them in the next few weeks! Then after income tax comes in we'll see another influx!

pshhhht, you are golden! Might want to get a cheapie flash to go with that. And a few memory cards. If you shoot jpeg you should be good with a single 32gb card.
