I teach as part of my profession. One thing I have learned is to listen to people. I do not necessarily agree with them, but ideas form in my mind by listening.

Although you may not agree with what I have to say, I may help you develop another idea. That is what I am trying to do with your situation.

U really like that symbol. I think it is distracting. Remember the person who is looking at your name most likely will have no idea what your name is. They, themselves may have no artist sense, and will not recognize the symbol you are trying to present.
Do you want them to see the symbol or your name? I think you need to decide yourself what it is you are trying to present with your logo. Your name or some kind of representation.


Next time you are out and about, take a look at the sides of trucks. A lot of people represent their business by on the side of the truck. See what strikes your fancy. WOW that looks great...I wonder what their name is??? After viewing them for a couple of hours you may have an idea of what I am trying to say. It looks great, but you have no idea what the name of the company is.


Let your photography be the symbol, and your name be your name.

OHHHHH, I was saying it as "OOOSAGANI" because I thought the U was part of the name. If you REALLY need that in your sig, at least make it distinct. Kind of like, "USAgani", but only if you really WANT it there.
